Tobacco is a very fascinating note to me. Its green, raw side transforms into an incredibly comforting wild warmth. When paired with soft, discreet notes, it becomes a true olfactory embrace. It nourishes you, depending on the facet your mood chooses to follow.

The experienced perfumer Alexis Dadier, for instance, imagined it as a fragrance meant to warm us during cold seasons. It feels like embracing someone from afar — someone you haven’t seen in a long time. That feeling of longing you breathe in deeply, as snow falls all around you.
I felt so good that images of moments I once believed to be eternal surfaced in my mind…

A calm, gentle, enveloping tobacco, draped in vanilla-touched almonds, made me dream of a tender shoulder to rest my head on, facing the crackling of a wood fire.
Pause for a few seconds, and imagine the sound of burning wood.
There are moments that are simply… moments.

Tobacco Volute is a soft, warm, sweet yet powerful creation, built upon a beautiful balance. Tobacco is omnipresent yet subtly light, while the spices, golden nuances, and scattered sweet touches surrounding it turn this fragrance into a truly cozy atmosphere.
And above all, the gentle smile it left on my face is worth more than anything.
